Well its that day of the year again!! The day that everyone rushes around and goes crazy shopping for folks. I just wanted to take this time to Say Merry Christmas to each and everyone of you. I got bored last night and made some papers...I am by no means a designer.....Nothing fancy just got away from the tradional christmas colors and figured let me start off with some Valentine Girly colors.......I am by no means a designer. My GF loves girly colors so mostly they are for her. But figured let me offer them here.....

Hybrid Scrapbooking

I have always digi scrapped and never tried the whole hybrid thing. Till my GF asked me to help her make a Gift Card holder. It ended being a pillow box for me..This is what i did.

I used
Hybrid Gift Bag Templates by Megan Turnidge
And I also used.

I then printed out the template after i was done with it in photoshop. Cut it out. Made sure i folded it the correct way ...I also used two side tape. Now remember this is the first time i did this. So it may look alright.
Well thanks for looking!

The Dance within.

My daughter had her second dance tonight. She went to a Assisted living facility, To do her little dance. My daughter is so outgoing, she ended up talking to a little older lady there and she talked to her. Of course my husband got her back end but you can see what they are doing. She almost had to dance alone again. I dont know why the other kids are not showing up. But she ended up dancing with a older girl. My husband said it was the cutest thing. Well won't bore you no more..Here are some photos....

New CT Team and a Layout......

I just recently got another CT position with Darhena Designs, I used her Happy Birthday Sweetie Collection can be found at Digital Artist Cafe and at GroovyScraps.

The kids are counting the days till Christmas gets here, and I am counting the days to Christmas is over with. So be on the look out for tons of layouts from Christmas day and all the other events it brings.

Gingerbread Man and Christmas Tree Decorations

The other night, the kids and I and hubby made gingerbread man and Chocolate chip cookies. Well the kids did. We just supervised. It was alot of fun to watch them do this, My daughter had a ball. She even was giving ginerbread cookies to people ... Like my good friend caren got one. and Luna got one. so without further wait here you go.....Leave some love if ya want...

Also forgot to mention that daktoa was in a dance recital sorta..SHe went to nursing homes and they did her dance. She was the only one to show up for her age level and she still went out and did her dance. Here are some photos....

Playing with Actions

I have been dabbling in photography for some time. I love to take pictures actually my family says i take to many, well to me taking to many photos is not bad at all considering they will eventually tell the store of our lifes when we are gone. Photos are something to pass on for generations, i only wish i had more photos of me and my family when i was growing up. I took some photos of my daughter dakota while at the 4h fair a few months back. I was able to play with these photos with some FREE ACTIONS from Pioneer Woman I have got to say these are really nice actions for being free. So if you dont have them already, I would definetly run over there and get them. So here are a few of the photos that i played with. I just took the same photo and ran some of the actions on it. and here they are .

Just ramblings

So i can't sleep nothing new. Thats everynight, well tonight is no different, except my 3 year old decided it would be fun to stay up too. Don't get me wrong i love my daughter, but when she goes to bed at 9pm its for a good reason. I need me time, and quiet time, considering she talks up a storm from the time she gets up till the time she goes to bed shoot she even talks in her sleep. So we are stuck watching all the kids shows.. which i might add im tired of watching, I remember when my son was this age he was watching Wizard of Oz, I much rather watch that then what dakota wants to watch on tv. I have been doing some layouts recently and just wanted to share them with you.

The other night i forgot to mention that my daughter was in a parade for a local town because of the dance school she goes to. So my hubby took the kiddies why i stayed home. I was not about to freeze..... My son and daughter ended up seeing santa. here is a photo of it And last but not least as im writing this my daughter decides she is ready for bed. But she wants me to lay with her. Sure no problem let me grab a drink...I come back in the living room to grab her and she is passed out on the couch sound asleep that quickly.

Dakota And Santa

Well today after only getting 2 hours of sleep i decided to take my youngest to go and see Santa!! She did really well with him 2 nights before. But this was like the real deal here. So we stand in line. For about half hour.....(WAY TO LONG) .....At any rate, she is talking to me about how she is going to tell santa she wants this and that. The time arrives for Miss Dakota to get on his lap and what happens....yes you guess it she totally throws a fit!!! But we did manage to get some photos...Just not what i wanted.....So without further wait here she is...It actually looks like she has gas *L*
